Biscuit chocolate cake
Ingredients
1 liter of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of starch
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 pack of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
A few pieces of chocolate (if you don’t have 1 tablespoon of breakfast chocolate)
2 packs of petit-beurre biscuits (plain and from single packs)
Preparation
Milk is put in a pot. Add starch, flour, cocoa, sugar and cook until it thickens. After cooking, butter, chocolate and vanilla are added and mixed. The biscuits are crumbled so that they are not too small.
They are added to the pudding we have prepared and mixed. A stretch bag is opened in a suitable pot. The mixture is poured on it and smoothed nicely.
Our cake is rested in this way in the refrigerator for a few hours. Our rested and molded cake is turned upside down on a serving plate and removed from the pot.
The stretch bag on it is carefully removed. Finally, our chocolate is melted over the steam in a bain-marie and poured on our cake and decorated.
After the chocolate on it has frozen a little, it is sliced and saervis is made.
