Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast strips and season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Wraps:
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Wrap It Up:
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to enclose the chicken and cheese.
Cook the Wraps:
Return the wraps to the skillet over medium heat (or use a grill pan). Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sour cream on the side for extra creaminess, if desired.
