Easy Milk Bread 🥖
Ingredients
• 450 g flour
• 2 eggs
• 225 ml milk
• 50 g sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 50 g butter
• 25 g fresh yeast
Instructions
1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
2. Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the eggs, butter and milk with yeast. Mix until you get a dough.
4. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
5. Let the dough rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
6. Shape the loaves and place them on a baking tray.
7. Let them rest again until they have increased in size.
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
