Bailey’s Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle with Chocolate Drizzle
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chocolate sauce (for drizzle)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup non-alcoholic Irish cream substitute (or milk with a hint of coffee extract)
1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Chocolate shavings (optional garnish)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Prepare brownies according to package instructions, let cool, and cut into cubes.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Slowly mix in Irish cream substitute and vanilla extract.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Layer brownie cubes, cheesecake mixture, and chocolate sauce in a trifle dish.
Repeat layers until full, then top with whipped cream and drizzle more chocolate sauce.
Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
