Peach Lemonade Dessert

Peach Lemonade Dessert

Ingredients:

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Prepare the peaches:

In a medium bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the white sugar. Set aside to let them macerate and release their juices.

Make the creamy filling:

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and slightly thickened. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

Assemble the dessert:

Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs evenly across the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
Layer half of the peaches over the graham cracker crumbs.

Spread half of the creamy lemon mixture over the peaches.
Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, peaches, and creamy mixture.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until set and chilled.

Serve:
Serve cold, garnished with extra peach slices or a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.

This refreshing dessert is light, fruity, and perfect for summer! The sweet peaches pair beautifully with the tangy lemon cream.
