White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
790 grams (27.8 oz) sweetened condensed milk
400 grams (14.1 oz) heavy cream
140 grams (4.9 oz) white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8ร8-inch (or similar-sized) baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Melt the White Chocolate:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and margarine. Stir occasionally to ensure the mixture heats evenly. When it begins to simmer, add the chopped white chocolate. Stir continuously until the white chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Cook the Mixture:
Continue cooking for 3โ4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning. The mixture should thicken slightly.
Pour into the Pan:
Once the fudge mixture is smooth and well combined, pour it into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Chill:
Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 10โ15 minutes, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 3โ4 hours, or until firm.
Cut and Serve:
Once the fudge is set, remove it from the pan and cut it into squares. Enjoy!
