Brazilian Creamy Chicken with Potato Sticks

This Brazilian Creamy Chicken with Potato Sticks is a very easy recipe to make and a great way to do something different for you next dinner!

Ingredients

Chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
White sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella grated
Topping
1 cup potato sticks

Instructions

Chicken
In a saucepan heat olive oil.
Add shredded chicken breast, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cream cheese and remove from heat.

White sauce
In another pan melt butter.
Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Little by little add milk, keep stirring until it boils.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cream cheese.

Remove from heat and add mozzarella.
Assemble
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Spread chicken in a baking dish.
Spread the white sauce on top of chicken.

Cover sauce with potato sticks.
Place baking dish in the oven for around 15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
