Garlic Butter Steak Bites
These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a quick and flavorful way to enjoy juicy, tender steak with a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight meal or as an appetizer!
Ingredients:
1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
Combine and Serve:
Return the steak cubes to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce until well coated and heated through.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
Serve Immediately:
Serve warm and enjoy as an appetizer, or pair with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
Tips:
For Extra Flavor: Marinate the steak bites in soy sauce and Worcestershire for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
Avoid Overcrowding: To get a nice sear, cook the steak in batches if needed.
