Vegetable casserole

Vegetable casserole wow unbelievably delicious


Ingredients


3 tomatoes
350 g broccoli
4 carrots
small can of corn
2 bell peppers
2 zucchinis
150 ml vegetable stock
350 g crème fraîche
150 g Gouda
Butter, for the dish


Preparation


Here’s how it’s done

  1. First cut the bell peppers into thin strips and the zucchinis into thin slices. Then wash the broccoli and tear it into florets and peel the carrots and grate them finely.
  2. Now preheat the oven to 190 °C and grease a casserole dish.
  3. Now layer the tomatoes, zucchini, strips of bell pepper, corn and broccoli and spread the grated carrots over the vegetables. Mix the vegetable stock with the crème fraîche and pour over the casserole.
  4. Finally, bake the casserole in the oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 25 minutes.
