INGREDIENTS
500 g potatoes (mainly waxy)
1 large broccoli
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
150 g cooked ham
250 g cream
100 ml vegetable stock
125 g sour cream
½ tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
150 g grated cheese for gratin
PREPARATION
1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and dice them into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Wash the broccoli, remove the stalk and cut the broccoli into large florets. Peel and press the garlic, put it in the casserole dish (20 x 30 cm) with the olive oil and brush the dish with it.
2. Cut the ham into strips. Put the potatoes, broccoli and ham in the casserole dish. Mix the cream with the vegetable stock, sour cream and spices in a blender.
3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air (top and bottom heat 195 degrees). Spread the cream mixture evenly over the vegetables. Sprinkle generously with the cheese. Put the casserole in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
