Yoghurt bomb in a glass

Yogurt bomb in a glass is incredibly delicious and quick to make. The refreshing berry topping goes perfectly with the creamy yogurt mixture. Great for guests in small glasses!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE YOGURT CREAM

250 g full-fat natural yogurt (e.g. Greek yogurt)
50 g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 g cream

FOR THE TOPPING

150 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
25 g sugar

PREPARATION

Step 1
For the yogurt cream, stir the natural yogurt with the sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Put the well-chilled cream in a mixing bowl and whip until stiff. Fold into the yogurt mixture by hand.  Prepare 6 dessert glasses (150 ml each), fill the glasses with the yoghurt cream up to two thirds full and then refrigerate.

Step 2
For the topping, clean the berries. Halve 3 strawberries and put them aside for decoration. Put the raspberries in a pot with the sugar and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Add the blueberries and mix together. Cut the remaining strawberries into small cubes and mix them in as well.

Step 3
Put 2 tablespoons of berry topping on the yoghurt cream and decorate with half a strawberry. The dessert can either be refrigerated again or served immediately.
