1 cup warm or room temperature milk
1 dry yeast tablet or 1/2 tablespoon

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, leaving the flour at the end, which should be added little by little until the dough is soft, elastic and no longer sticks to your hands (it is the same bread dough).
Let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume in a warm place, in the sun, covered with plastic or a kitchen towel, or in the oven with a light on top.
Once the dough has risen, we shape the rolls by filling them with fresh cheese, remembering to keep the cheese very dry so that it does not get wet and the dough remains sticky, making it difficult to turn the roll. again in a greased mold, for an hour or until it doubles in volume again.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in medium oven until golden, about 20 minutes.
To cover, just make a syrup with 1/2 cup of sugar and a cup of water, over medium heat, always stirring, wait for it to reduce and thicken, then pour it over the still hot rolls, if you prefer, sprinkle with zest. coco, it looks great
