Chocolate Truffle Cone
Ingredients
15 sweet cookie ice cream cones500 g of milk chocolate200 g semi-sweet chocolateFilling to taste, such as brigadeiro, beijinho, dulce de leche, etc.M&M’s type confectioner
Method of preparation
Melt the two types of chocolate together in a bain-marie.Dip each cone in melted chocolate, but only on the outside, place on baking paper until dry.Round the side of the plated cone, to make it smooth and beautiful.Place the cones on a perforated support and pour a small portion of melted chocolate at the bottom of each cone, just at the bottom.Place some balls or M&M’s in the bottom, on top of the chocolate base.Add the filling, like brigadeiro, until the cone is filled.The filling cannot be too soft.Smooth the surface of the cone well and spread a thin layer of melted chocolate on top.
