Kinder bar cheesecake! 😲 🍫 😋
INGREDIENTS
200 g butter biscuits90 g butter150 g milk chocolate bar500 g low-fat quark400 g sour cream200 g sugar1 pack vanilla sugar1 tbsp cornstarch2 eggs (size M)50 ml neutral cooking oil
PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat (fan oven: 140 degrees). Place baking paper in a springform pan (Ø 26cm). Finely grind the biscuits in a freezer bag or food processor. Melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and mix. Place in the prepared tin and press firmly. Chill.
Step 2
Cut the chocolate bar into large pieces. Set aside the pieces of about 2 chocolate bars for garnishing.
Step 3
Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch. Add the eggs and oil. Finally, stir in the chocolate bar pieces. Put the quark mixture on the biscuit base and smooth it out.
Step 4
Bake in the lower third of the preheated oven for about 55 minutes. Then spread the chocolate bar pieces that you set aside on the surface of the cake and finish baking the cake for about another 10 minutes. Step 5Let the cheesecake cool completely on a cake rack and leave to cool for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. The cake makes about 12 pieces.
