STRAWBERRY PIE
INGREDIENTS
PASTA:
1 cup of wheat flour1 beaten egg yolk100 g unsalted butter2 tablespoons of sugar1 tablespoon of baking powderFILLING:700 ml of milk4 spoons of cornstarch2 egg yolks, sifted1 and 1/2 can of condensed milk
ROOF:
Strawberries washed and cut in half1 strawberry gelatin
METHOD OF PREPARATION
PASTA:
Add the flour, make a well and add all the other ingredients and stir until the dough is homogeneous and smooth.Line it completely in the pan, like a pie.Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until it starts to turn golden on the sides.
FILLING:
Stir all the ingredients in the pan until completely loosened, it will be a wonderful cream. Let it cool and throw it all into the pan with the already baked dough.
ROOF:
Place the strawberries next to each other, until the strawberries are completely covered on top.
GELATIN:
Let it cool until it reaches the consistency where the spoon can pick up the gelatin, but is still a little soft.At this point, slowly place the gelatin on top of the pie, leaving the strawberries completely covered with the gelatin, put it back to freeze.
