BAKED CHICKEN LEGS
Baked chicken legs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that’s sure to satisfy any palate. To prepare, marinate the chicken legs in a flavorful blend of herbs, spices, and olive oil. Allow the chicken to absorb the flavors for at least an hour, then place the legs in a baking dish.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg chicken legs
3 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 potatoes
Preparation:
1. In a bowl with chicken legs, put a little salt and mix. Add crushed garlic and onion. Add pepper and oregano.
2. Put Greek yogurt and vinegar. Mix well. Add the cayenne pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Add the eggs and cornstarch. Mix it and put them in a pan.
4. Cut the potatoes and put them with chicken legs.
5. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Serve.
