MEAT SKEWERS STUFFED WITH CHEESE

Ingredients:
400g minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
100g cheese
Preparation:
1. In a bowl with the meat, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and egg and mix everything well together.
2. Cut a piece of cheese into many rectangles and insert a suitable stick to enter the oven.
3. With your hands slowly add the minced meat around it and form the skewers.
4. Bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
