HOMEMADE CHURROS 😋
Ingredients:
250 ml. of water
250 grams of flour
8 grams of salt
Sugar for dusting
Mild oil for frying
Preparation:
- Heat salted water in a saucepan
- Put the flour in a large bowl
- Pour the water about to boil into the flour. Mix with a spoon
- Put the dough in a churrera or a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle. Make sure that the dough is compact and without bubbles.
- Place the portions of churros on a kitchen towel
- Heat the oil in a pan and when the temperature reaches 200 degrees, fry the churros
- Fry the churros over medium heat to prevent them from being excessively browned on the outside and raw on the inside.
- Put the fried churros on a tray with kitchen paper so they lose excess oil
- Sprinkle with sugar and they are ready to serve
