
Ranchero Steak
Ingredients
500 g beef steak cut into strips
3 ripe tomatoes
2 Serranos chillies
1⁄2 white onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of oil

A little water
Preparation
Place in the blender the tomatoes, serranos chilies, onion and garlic. Add a little water and blend until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the steak in strips and chill for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it changes color and begins to brown.
Season the meat with salt to taste and pour the liquid sauce.
Mix well, partially cover the skillet and cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, until the meat is tender and the sauce has slightly thickened.
Rectify the seasoning and serve up the ranch steak nice and hot. To accompany
Serve with refried beans, red rice, avocado and fresh made corn tortillas.
