𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞-𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞

frosting:

-1/4 cup yog
-1 tbsp cream cheese
-3 to 4 drops of white choco flavdrops

layer n frost cake. then decorate.
ate a whole stick of carrot in this pls be proud of me eheh okay but to be fair u CANNOT taste any traces of disgustingly sweet carrot essence here so it’s all gud

a tip is to pat your carrots dryy since it actually has so much more moisture than what u think.

thus u really dont need too much liquid and this “frosting” was just the perfect balance to this cake!! lightly sweet and tart
